ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Friday sent copies of its order sheet in the PanamaLeaks case to the heads of six departments seeking **minees for the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) within seven days. The departments include the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI). The court also sent copies to the establishment and litigants. It is pertinent to mention here that majority judges of the five-member bench of the Supreme Court had ordered the constitution of a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to further probe the allegations against the prime minister and his family. Three judges of the SC bench — Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan — differed with the opinion of Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Gulzar Ahmed and directed an appropriate probe in the case. Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, who headed the five-judge bench, an**unced the reserved order on a set of petitions moved by the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, Jamaat-i-Islami and Awami Muslim League. In the wake of majority decision, the Supreme Court directed the constitution of a JIT to investigate and submit its report within 60 days about the Panama Papers allegations. Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan opted for the formation of a JIT to find answers to certain questions raised by them in the order. أكثر... ??????? ??????: SC sends orders to depts seeking **minees for JIT || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
