Gen Bajwa confirms death sentences of 30 hardcore terrorists

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has confirmed death sentences of 30 hardcore terrorists tried by military courts.

According to an ISPR statement issued here on Wednesday, the 30 hardcore terrorists were involved in terrorist acts including an attack on the Peshawar’s Army Public School in 2014

It added that Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa signed the execution orders of the 30 hardcore terrorists today.

These terrorists were awarded death sentences after trying them in military courts. The trial process was expedited during the ongoing Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.
