For one thing: there's motion control. This isn't too surprising, considering Nintendo's console predecessors featured motion control-equipped Wii remotes.
In addition to a joystick, shoulder buttons and the standard four action buttons, the controllers also feature a capture button. Just like the PS4's share button, you'll be able to capture screenshots and, eventually, video.*
