Augmented Reality (AR), a Tech**logy that overlays virtual graphics onto a user’s field of view, may turn out to be a very useful tool for surgical planning and collaboration. HoloEyes, a Japanese firm that aims to bring AR into the Operating room, has released a Video that gives a glimpse of such a future where surgeons waving their arms in the air as they analyze and manipulate 3D tomography scans.
HoloEyes isn’t revealing much about their tech**logy, but we can see it uses Microsoft’s HoloLens as the visual interface.
