Thankfully, there are people like congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Illi**is) who delivered a memorable and fiery speech to the house floor this Tuesday explaining why he wouldn't be attending this year's inauguration.
Gutierrez, who is Lati**, explained that he had attended inaugurations in his past including George Bush's, but this year was different.*
"This is different. I knew that George W. Bush and I would disagree on many issues . . .
