افتراضي Kashmir movement has shaken India: minister

Says India giving war threats to divert world attention from massacre

LAHORE: Federal minister for Defence Production, Science and Tech**logy Rana Tanvir Hussain on Saturday said Indian war threats were aimed at diverting the world attention from the massacre of Kashmiri Muslims being committed by its occupant army there.

He was talking to the media at the opening ceremony of a shop in Defence Housing Authority on Saturday. The minister said the present wave of freedom movement started after the killing of a young freedom commander, Burhan Wani, had shaken the entire India while Indian Army was mercilessly killing in**cent people to crush this movement. He said Indian forces had killed more than 110 Kashmiris in 80 days and injured thousands by pellet guns.

He said Prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s address in the UN was courageous and he truly presented the case of Kashmir before the world. To a question, the minister said the Indian threats were **t real and it would **t dare attack Pakistan on such pretexts. He warned that if India made any misadventure, the Pakistani response would be stronger than Indian expectations. He said Pakistan was a nuclear power and its army was considered to be one of the best professional forces in the world.

He said Pakistan was manufacturing its own fighter aircraft and it had the best missile system. He said Pakistan even sold small ******* to many countries, including the United States and Germany. He said Indian Prime minister Modi was k**wn for his enmity towards Muslims and Pakistan, however, this time he would have to face a strong opposition within his own country. To a question about the joint exercises of the Pakistan Army and Russian Army, Rana Tanvir said Pakistan wanted good relations with Russia, which would expand in future.

Responding to a question about Imran Khan’s sit-in at Raiwind, he said the PTI chairman should do serious politics instead of personal point-scoring. He said Imran should learn a lesson from his recent flop rally in Lahore.
