Of all
the celebrities who were taken aback by the news of
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's shocking divorce, we certainly never would have guessed that the
Dalai Lama, of all people, would have an opinion. Nevertheless, 14th
Dalai Lama Lhamo Dondrub sat down for a chat with
Good Morning Britain's Piers Morgan on Thursday to discuss the end of
Brad and Angelina's relationship (among other things). The couple,
who were together for 12 years and
married for two, are reportedly splitting
due to issues regarding their six children - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, K**x, and Vivienne - and His Holiness said that aspect especially made him feel "sad." "Sometimes with divorced people, it's the children. They become closer to their father or mother," he said. The divorce
has only gotten more complicated since the news broke, so we hope the
Dalai Lama will be able to move on.
