Trump campaign chair says there was '** racism' before Obama
   Kathy Miller, Donald Trump's campaign chair in Mahoning County, Ohio, resigned Thursday after controversial comments she made to The Guardian reverberated across social media. Miller, who is white, told a reporter that there was "** racism" in the 1960s and said that "if you're black and you haven't been successful in the last 50 years, it's your own fault."
