PTI chief to attend Taxila rally; invites Shujaat to Raiwind March
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chaiarman Imran Khan has said that his party will **t make a compromise on corruption.
He has also decided to go ahead with his plan to take part in a rally in support of his party candidate on September 23 despite having being asked by the Election Commission of Pakistan **t to do so. Bye-election will be held in Taxila on September 26.
The Election Commission, through its returning ******r for PP-7, Taxila, had sent a **tice to PTI chairman, reminding him about the Election Commission’s code of conduct and rules, which barred even members of the Parliament and provincial legislatures to stay away from a constituency, where electoral process was due after issuance of the election schedule.
INP adds: Imran has also invited PML-Q president Ch Shujaat participate in Raiwind March. He said that the March would be a vigorous message of people’s hatred on PanamaLeaks issue.
