The accident took place in the federal capital's Sangjani toll plaza area, when a trailer overturned and crushed five cars underneath it. Relief operations were conducted immediately to pull out the cars which had been trapped underneath the trawler.
The injured were shifted to the hospital, as rescue officials put the death toll due to the accident at 4. The trailer which had overturned and crushed the vehicles underneath it, was loaded with cement.
