ATC summons FIA official in Imran Farooq murder case
ISLAMABAD: An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has summoned Director CTD in person due to **n appointment of prosecutor by FIA in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
Imran Farooq murder case came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad led by judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi Thursday. The investigation ******r informed the court that the authorities were informed about court s orders, however ** prosecutor has been appointed by the FIA so far. The court observed that if the FIA does **t appoint prosecutor then it will further proceed as per law. Court summoned Director CTD FIA in person.
