**tices issued to AG, interior ministry in Quetta carnage case
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court on Tuesday issued **tices to interior ministry and Attorney General of Pakistan in Quetta carnage case.
Hearing the suo motu **tice case here, the apex court sealed off investigation report and sought detailed report from the concerned authorities. Inspector General Police Balochistan presented the investigation report before the court. The Chief Justice asked IG Balochistan what progress police had made in the tragedy. The court also ordered secretary health to make the trauma centres of all the hospitals active besides ensuring complete security. The court put off the hearing to October 14, saying the next hearing of the case would be held in Quetta. A suicide bomber had killed at least 70 people most of them lawyers and wounded dozens more in an attack on mourners who had gathered at the state-run Civil Hospital on August 08.
