ISLAMABAD:Model Ayyan Ali involved in currency smuggling case has approached the Supreme Court (SC) for the attainment of security and sought court approval for submission of the additional documents in contempt of court case.
Ayyan’s counsel Lateef Khosa filed a plea in which the magistrate have been made party to the case. The petitioner argued that interior secretary and other authorities are being subject to contempt of court. It also informed that for the third time she has challenged the inclusion of her name on Exit Control List (ECL); however, her arrest warrants were attained despite the fact that the case is still pending in the court.
