Bilawal, Murad attend martyred policeman?s soyem
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condoled with the bereaved family of the martyred policeman and said that the nation would always remember his sacrifice. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on the occasion handed Rs50,000 to each volunteer as well as to the policemen who had foiled the attempt of suicide attack on the Imambargah. Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that Rs5 million had been provided to the widow of the martyred policeman. He also said that the government would provide job to the son of the martyred policeman. The chief minister said that an operation would be launched for eliminating the network of terrorists in Shikarpur. He said he had talked to the chief minister of Balochistan to cooperate with Sindh in the operation at the Sindh-Balochistan border. He said that the chief minister of Balochistan had assured him of full cooperation in this regard. The chief minister said that maintaining the law and order situation in the month of Muharram was the top priority of his government. Meanwhile, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, along with the chief minister and his cabinet members, visited the house of Agha Taimoor Pathan, a former minister, and condoled with him on the demise of his father. Later they visited the residence of Imtiaz Shaikh in Shikarpur who is a PPP candidate in the forthcoming by-election. Sources said that Imtiaz Shaikh had met Bilawal two days ago and complained to him that a PPP leader was **t happy with him and he had been covertly supporting Imtiaz Shaikh’s opponent in the by-election. Sources said that Imtiaz Shaikh had requested Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to visit him in Shikarpur to address the grievances of some PPP leaders.
