Dengue outpatient departments set up in all three teaching hospitals in town would however operate round the clock as per routine for screening of dengue fever suspects and their admissions to the hospital, if required. The administrations of the three teaching hospitals claimed to have made necessary arrangements to deal with any untoward incident and manage at least 70 to 100 additional patients immediately at their emergency departments in case of any untoward incident in the town during Eid holidays, from September 12 to 14. Duty rosters of the staff for Eid holidays have already been prepared and distributed and we hope that the hospital’s performance would remain unaffected during Eid holidays, said Medical Superintendent at HFH Dr. Raja Shafiq Sarwar while talking to ‘The News’ on Sunday. He said like the other two allied hospitals including BBH and DHQ Hospital, the HFH would receive OPD patients at the accident and emergency departments while dengue OPD would remain operational round the clock. It is important that the allied hospitals receive significantly heavier influx of patients at their emergency departments during Eid holidays as compared to routine because majority of private clinics do **t operate on the first and second day of Eid. Dr. Shafiq said that indoor patients department and emergency department at the HFH would operate as per routine and the staff at operation theatre at the emergency department would remain available to patients round the clock during Eid holidays. The administrations of the allied hospitals claimed that under disaster management plan, the emergency departments at the allied hospitals are well prepared to handle extra-ordinary burden of patients during holidays and all the ambulances available at the allied hospitals would be operational from Monday to Wednesday. أكثر... ??????? ??????: Limited operation at Pindi?s allied hospitals on Eid || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
