Case registered for placing pro-Altaf banners in Karachi
KARACHI: A Case was registered against 'unidentified persons' on Monday for placing pro-Altaf, threatening banners across Karachi.
According to details, the Case was registered at the Preedy police stations against unidentified persons for placing banners in various areas of Karachi which were threatening in nature and were in favour of MQM founder Altaf Hussain. In the case, provisions relating to spreading hate and issuing threats have been included. Banners praising MQM founder Altaf Hussian and criticizing senior party leader Farooq Sattar, were placed near the Sindh High Court in Saddar. Police took into custody three suspicious persons from a car parked near to the slogans.
