LEEDS: England defeated Pakistan by four wickets in the fourth match of the ODI ****** by successfully chasing Pakistan's target of 248 runs, on Thursday.
According to details, England chased down Pakistan's target of 248 runs in the 48th over at the loss of six wickets. Ben Stokes and Johnny Bairstow helped the English side secure the victory by making 69 and 61 runs respectively. Muhammad Irfan was the pick of the Pakistani bowlers, as he bagged two wickets while Imad Wasim, Umar Gul and Hassan Ali eached took one wicket. England, who have already won the five-match ****** 4-0, can whitewash Pakistan if they manage to win the fifth and final ODI against the green shirts. Earlier, Pakistan had managed to put up 247/8 as captain Azhar Ali scored 80 runs while Imad Wasim chipped in with an impressive unbeaten 57.
