A traveler mailed a letter to a family he had met in Búðardalur, Iceland, and instead of including an address, the envelope contained a few clues and a hand-drawn map.
The mailer didn't even k**w the name of the family he was trying to contact, so instead of a name, he wrote "A horse farm with an Icelandic/Danish couple and three kids and a lot of sheep!" and "the Danish woman works in a supermarket in Búðardalur."
With a population of about 270 people, Búðardalur is the epitome of a small town. The farm is clearly marked on the tiny map, and according to Icelandic website Skessuhorn, it arrived at Rebecca Cathrine Kaadu Ostenfeld's farm safely. Read more...
