NASA is sending a spacecraft to a nearby asteroid ? and back
 For the first time, the United States is sending a spacecraft to an asteroid to collect a sample and return it to Earth. NASA is scheduled to launch OSIRIS-REx from Cape Canaveral, Fla., next Thursday. It will reach the asteroid Bennu in 2018. (Sept. 1)
