Kidnapper held, girl recovered in Karak
KARAK: The police here on Wednesday claimed to have arrested an alleged Kidnapper and also recovered a girl from his captivity.
A press release from the ****** of District Police ******r Mian Naseeb Jan stated that the personnel of Yaqoob Khan Police Station arrested Abbas Khan, resident of Dabli Lawagher, and also recovered the kidnapped girl, who was being shifted in a taxicab to a**ther destination. The father of the kidnapped girl had got registered a case against Abbas Khan in the month of Ramazan. According to the girl’s statement, she was grazing cattle in her native area Sarki Lawagher when Abbas Khan along with two accomplices came there and abducted her. She added that she had spent first night in the house of Khalil, one of the accomplices of the main accused, and later shifted to Rawalpindi. Meanwhile, the police also said they arrested Nizamullah, alleged ringleader of a dacoit gang, along with proclaimed offender Habibullah.
