LONDON — If you lose something in London — be it a wallet, your phone or an item of clothing — the chances of you finding it again aren't great.

But strange things do happen.

On Tuesday, Reddit user Finn_Fatale lost a cardigan during a journey to Can**n Street.

The next day, though, it reappeared in an unusual place.



Here's a statue of The Cordwainer, casually rocking the missing cardigan.

"Somebody had put it on the statue," wrote Finn_Fatale in a comment. "Poor cordwainer though, must be sweltering in this heat... I'm torn, take it or leave it there to amuse passers-by?" Read more...
