Fnatic is entering ESL One New York with a new 'Counter-Strike' line up

Fnatic is the sixth team invited to ESL One New York, joining SK Gaming, G2 Esports, Team Liquid, Virtus.pro and Natus Vincere in the lineup for the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament the first weekend of October.

Eight teams will be competing in the two-day, $250,000 tournament at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and Fnatic is one of a few teams going into the tournament with a new lineup.

Fnatic traded three of its players — JW, Krimz and Flusha — to fellow Swedish team Godsent right before Godsent's ESL Pro League wildcard match against Virtus.pro. In exchange, Fnatic signed Godsent players Wenton, Lekr0 and Twist. Wenton has competed with Fnatic in several major tournaments in 2016 as a stand-in. Read more...
