KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said on Monday vowed to clean up Karachi and restore it to its clean state like before.
Speaking to media personnel, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that he had witnessed Karachi's Empress Market area being washed when he used to be a child. Murad vowed to make Karachi clean like the city used to be. Murad Ali Shah claimed that after Karachi, work would also be done in the other cities of Sindh. Murad Ali Shah said that the concerned departments had registered satisfactory performances. He said that it had been three weeks since he had assumed the ****** of the Chief Minister of Sindh and already he had given approval for seventeen projects. "In the meeting held before, I had given some targets. Have given more tasks to my team for the coming days," said Murad. "Instead of talking, I put in work," he added. Murad said that instead of giving statements, he believed in taking action.
