PML-F leader Imtiaz Sheikh joins PPP
KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) lawmaker Imtiaz Shaikh on Thursday joined the Pakistan People People’s Party (PPP) after developing differences with his party, Geo News reported.
Sheikh, a key leader of the Pir Pagara-led party and Special Assistant to the prime minister, decided to join the PPP as he met with Billawal Bhutto Zardari. He was considered a staunch opponent of the Pakistan People's Party. According to Geo News, he would soon resign from his membership of Sindh Assembly. Sources said Shiekh decided to part ways the PML-F after developing differences with party leader and federal minister Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi. أكثر...
