   Ryan Lochte had a rough time in Rio. He lost to Michael Phelps, his bleached platinum hair turned green, he claimed to have been robbed at gunpoint and he's been accused of lying about being robbed at gunpoint. This was at first denied by the International Olympic Committee, but later confirmed.* Lochte provided Today with the following account: "We got pulled over, in the taxi, and these guys came out with a badge, a police badge, ** lights, ** **thing just a police badge and they pulled us over. They pulled out their guns, they told the other swimmers to get down on the ground. They got down on the ground. I refused.
