   Donald Trump bolstered his claim to the title of Conspiracy Theorist in Chief on Wednesday when he said President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential **minee Hillary Clinton cofounded the Islamic State.* “He’s the founder of ISIS," Trump said of Obama.
