ISLAMABAD: Situation got tense when PML-N MNA Chaudhry Asadur Rehman interrupted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s speech and talked to him aggressively during Thursday’s parliamentary party meeting. According to Geo News, Asad said he did **t receive any pro forma about development works, to which the prime minister replied he had handed them over to the lawmakers. However, Asad said he (Nawaz) might have given to those who were able to meet him as he had only one meeting in three years. The prime minister asked him to sit down but he ig**red and started criticising the premier and the finance minister. At this stage, the prime minister again asked him to sit down but Asad’s reply was “he is **t a school boy”.
Although other parliamentarians forced him to sit, Asad continued muttering. When contacted, Asad alleged that the prime minister didn’t want to answer his question and asked him to sit down in a hostile manner. Asad is a brother of former Supreme Court judge Justice (r) Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday. Earlier, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq had banned from attending the session for misbehaving with the National Assembly secretary and additional secretary. Moreover, the party leadership had ******* him from the chairmanship of a House committee. In a**ther committee meeting, he also insulted PPP’s Shagufta Jumani.
