Just when one got excited to see the Pyare Afzal and Zara Yaad Kar star Sana Javed in her film debut, the actress decided to walk out of it. Initially part of Aamir Mohiuddin’s Rangreza, Javed will ** longer be seen taking on the lead role; she has left the project due to a family emergency. But even before one could speculate who would replace the starlet opposite Gohar Rasheed and Bilal Ashraf, it seems the team has zeroed in on one. According to reports, Urwa Hocane will **w be playing the female lead Reshmi.
“I had to take up this film [Rangreza] because it’s a beautiful script about love and music, Hocane confirmed to Instep. “I was asked to do this film six months ago but I wasn’t available at that point. As soon as I got free I was offered it again. Being the first choice, I have ** idea what happened in between since I was in Europe for a while,” she informed.
Talking about her character in the film, she **ted, “My character ‘Reshmi’ is a kindhearted, soulful, beautiful girl. Her purity makes her rare. She is as reshmi as her name.”
Meanwhile you can catch Hocane in Udaari where she can be seen playing the role of a successful singer. She will also be seen in the upcoming film Two + Two, which stars Bilal Ashraf and Ali Azmat.
