   If Filipi**s didn't get e**ugh of the Miss Universe pageant this year with its own contestant winning the crown, they're about to get a second wave when Manila plays host to the international beauty pageant next year. The Philippines' Department of Tourism an**unced to the press on Thursday that the country will be hosting the next Miss Universe on Jan. 30, 2017.
