Capcom is opening up its annual Street Fighter V tournament, the Capcom Cup, to a wider swath of players by holding online tournaments over the next few months. Players that win their respective online tournament will be able to compete in their regional qualifier for a spot in this year's Capcom Cup, which has a 0,000 prize pool.
There will be two 256-person tournaments held in each tournament region: **rth America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Players on both PC and PS4 are eligible, so long as they register on Challonge a week before their tournament starts. (A tournament organizer confirmed those spots would be first come, first served.)
