PM Nawaz finally reaches Islamabad after 60 days
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday finally reached Islamabad after staying away from Prime Minister House almost 60 days.
He, along with his family, traveled by helicopter from Jati Umrah to Lahore airport and then flied to Islamabad by special plane. Maryam Nawaz Sharif in a tweet stated, “Prime Minister at work during the flight to Islamabad” adding “Allah has been Kind.” — Maryam Nawaz Sharif (@MaryamNSharif) July 21, 2016The Prime Minister would preside over the National Security Committee meeting on Friday. PM Nawaz had undergone a heart surgery in London in May and returned to Lahore this month on the advice of his doctors after recuperating from surgery.
