NYC judge rules teachers’ kissing penalty was ‘irrational’
Two female teachers caught kissing in an empty classroom at James Madison High School should **t have been suspended for more than a year, a Manhattan judge ruled. Cindy Mauro was suspended for two years while her colleague, Alini Brito (l.), got just a one-year penalty.
