You can also install one of the several Chrome extensions that have cropped up recently, hiding all Pokémon Go-related content.*

One of the first such extensions we've seen is called PokeGone, and it's freely available here. Unfortunately, judging from the many angry reviews on the Chrome web store, it doesn't work for everyone. I've tried it, and it did work, removing all mentions of Pokemon from my Chrome, but instead of only removing words containing "Pokemon" it turned entire pages that contained mentions of the game completely blank.
