Pakistan all set to take on England today at Lords
All eyes would be on pacer Mohammad Amir, who certainly has a lot on his plate at the moment. The left-arm fast bowler will certainly be under pressure as he returns to test cricket after a ban of five years. Amir had been slapped with the ban after being found guilty in a spot-fixing scandal, alongside Mohammad Asif and then-skipper Salman Butt. Misbah-ul-Haq is all set to lead the green shirts who will clash against the English side. Regarding the ******, the Pakistani captain said that the current outfit was better than the one which toured England in 2010. Misbah also said that his team was ready to forget the bitter past at Lords about the spot-fixing saga and were ready to move on with stellar performances. England batsman Kevin Pietersen had commented on Mohammad Amir's return to test cricket a few days ago and opined that the fast bowler should have been banned for life. Wahab Riaz also initiated a war of words with English batsman Joe Root. Wahab claimed that he had Root's number and the latter denied the former's claim as 'trash talk'.
