A Hong Kong mall is Smurfing up some blue pudding and cupcakes
   If blue — and I mean Smurf blue — pudding is your thing, you need to head over to Hong Kong for an array of desserts and snacks recreated by a group of restaurants in tribute to the little blue characters.
