Islamabad: Women are concerned over the high rates of cosmetics as well as of beauty parlours ahead of Eidul Fitar after imposition of tax on make-up products.
As Eid is approaching, females are all concerned about the increasing rates of beauty parlour and make-up products because in a modern age Women consider incomplete without make-up. Women think that make-up makes them more presentable than their natural face, that is why they consider it a necessity for Women **t a luxury.It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by endless rows of cosmetics at local *****tore but difficult to enjoy buying required cosmetics within your budget, a woman said. While purchasing cosmetics a working woman Aminah Saeed said she is a passionate cosmetics lover, **w she is a bit concerned because she witnessed an increase in the rates of make-up products. Beauty salon owner, Shazia, said they have offered many beauty packages for their customers in Ramazan but **w she had to increase the rates because of the new tax imposed on cosmetic products.It’s difficult to make these offers after the budget.
