ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said the federal board of revenue has achieved the tax collection target of 3104 billion rupees for the fiscal year 2015-16.
Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Friday, he termed this an historic achievement of the FBR.
“The foreign exchange reserves have crossed the mark of twenty three billion dollars. Nineteen billion dollars are with the State Bank of Pakistan and 4.9 billion dollars with the private banks,” the finance minister said.
He said the development budget of the provinces have reached 1900 billion rupees over the last three years.
