Even though the Sindh government has always met the federal government halfway in the steps being taken or planned under the National Action Plan, the latter has time and time again ig**red the province’s concerns and reservations. This was stated by the Sindh senior minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro on Monday while addressing a simple but august gathering at an iftar-cum-dinner hosted by the chairman of DMC East at a local community hall in PECHS. Khuhro said the federal government has to reciprocate the proactiveness of Sindh government in taking steps against terrorism, maintenance of law and order, elimination of poverty and executing development projects. He said the Sindh government had been providing full cooperation to the country’s national institutions through tough times and had been fighting side by side the federal government against terrorism and poverty. Also speaking on the occasion, Pakistan People’s Party’s parliamentary leader in the Senate, Saeed Ghani, said the delay in completing the final phase of local government election and pending selection of mayors was undemocratic. He said the delay would prove to be unhealthy for the prevailing democratic dispensation of the country and the Election Commission of Pakistan should stop passing the buck to the Sindh government. أكثر... ??????? ??????: Centre should stop ig**ring Sindh?s concerns: Khuhro || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
