Owais Shah?s kidnapping, Sabri murder a challenge for govt: Nisar *
Addressing a press conference here Saturday, Chaudhry Nisar said killing of Amjad Sabri and kidnapping of Owais Shah reflected frustration of the terrorists. He added that politicizing these events was **t in favour of the country. Nisar said some elements were playing negative role on social media to harm Pakistan's commitment to fight terrorism. Nisar said that the extortion, terrorism, target killing and kidnappings have dropped sharply during the last two years. But one incident can take all the credit away from the police and there is a strategy behind it. Terrorists do it to discredit the police because they don’t have the free space they had in the past, he said. He went on to say 2000 retired army officials will be appointed in the Sindh police to improve the capacity of the police.
