Synaptive Medical, a company out of Toronto, Canada, is releasing its new*BrightMatter Drive Surgical Robotic Video system. The company’s Robotic scope System is designed to be positioned at any angle imaginable, allowing surgeons to have a global view of the Surgical field, while looking at a comfortably placed screen. Tools can be aligned with the Robotic arm for intuitive operation on the patient.

The BrightMatter Drive can be operated using a touchscreen display while setting it up and using a specialized foot pedal during the procedure, and comes with a variety of lens*choices of different zooms and focal lengths, including an OverView Camera covering the entire Surgical field.
