   LONDON — The row between the newly-elected Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan and U.S. Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump doesn't seem to be calming anytime soon.* In response to Khan, who attacked Trump for being "ig**rant" about Islam, the property tycoon said he "didn't care" about the London Mayor and challenged him to take an IQ test.
