Gigi Hadid's Met Gala manicure cost a whopping $2000
   The 1% really k**w how to polish a nail. Model Gigi Hadid has a lot of money. At the May 2 Met Gala, she proved her wealth by sporting a manicure that cost — are you sitting down? — $2000.
