Bethesda Softworks' long-promised plan to let amateur programmers create their own Fallout 4*content and play it on consoles — a first for the ****** — is finally getting rolling.
Starting Tuesday, Fallout 4*players on PC can grab the game's "Creation Kit" tools — the same ones Bethesda used to build the game — from the Bethesda.net launcher. To Start creating content, you'll also need to grab the v1.5 update (currently in beta) for Fallout 4*by following the instructions here.
