**thing says "Happy 21st!" like a cake with a leaping horse on it.

So thought Zayn Malik, who gave girlfriend Gigi Hadid just such a dessert for her birthday last Saturday.

Hadid loved the cake, which also featured some cool stripes and a delightful bed of fondant flowers.



We assume the jumping horse is meant to symbolize Hadid's leap from her twentieth year to her long-awaited twenty-first. Also, she is an avid horseback rider.

Hadid tweeted "he wins ;)" alongside a photo of the cake (Good job, Zayn!), but Malik did have some birthday competition. Hadid also received real, **n-fondant flowers from several of the brands she works with, including Maybelline and Tommy Hilfiger. Read more...
