Verizon and Hearst miss memo on doomed digital media, buy Complex Media

Verizon and Hearst have joined forces to buy Complex media, a digital operation founded in 2002 by designer Marc Ecko that focused*on content primarily for the young male.* SEE ALSO: Could 2016 be the year for Verizon's go90 mobile content platform?
