As a Mountain lion was roaming the campus of a California high school, the students were telling the whole story on Twitter.

The big cat was first spotted around 7 a.m. PST close to campus at John F. Kennedy high school in Granada Hills, California. It wasn't until a second spotting that occurred just before **on that the school needed to be placed on lockdown.

The Mountain lion ended up roaming around campus, which lead school officials to keep all students indoors until the animal was safety detained.
