And one Portland tattoo artist is **w fitting three dimensions into his tattoos. Winston the Whale, who just goes by "Dave," is a tattoo artist k**wn for his unique brand of 3D tattoos mimicking the classic red/cyan stereoscopic effect (k**wn as anaglyph 3D).
