Mac users will soon be able to do a lot more with Microsoft ******.

Add-ins, extensions that allow third-party apps to run inside ******, will soon roll out to Mac versions of the ****** suite. Support for the plugins will be available on Mac in the coming weeks, Microsoft says.

Microsoft also plans to make add-ins available for ******'s Android apps, though it's **t clear when that will be; Rob Howard, director of ****** 365 ecosystem marketing, would only say that Android is "on the roadmap."

Since add-ins for Outlook and Outlook.com were first an**unced at last year's Build developer conference, developers have created more than 100 extensions (there are more than 1,000 for the entire ****** suite).
