   SINGAPORE — More bad news for Swedish furniture store Ikea's lighting department. Just a little over a month after Ikea recalled two of its ceiling lamps, the company has been forced to issue a**ther recall on its Gothem lamp bases, after they received reports of Electric shocks incidents.
