Ohio rules to execute man who survived botched execution
   Ohio Supreme court ruled on Wednesday that the state can go ahead with the execution of a convicted inmate who survived a botched execution. Romell Broom's attempted execution in 2009 was called off after officials tried for two hours to administer lethal injection *****.*The executioners unsuccessfully tried to hook up an IV before the execution was eventually called off.
